How much does metal 3D printing cost?+
Metal 3D printing starts at €29 for stainless steel 316L and €39 for titanium TC4 (incl. VAT). The price depends on part size, complexity, and material.

We accept STL (recommended), STEP, STP, OBJ, and 3MF. Maximum file size is 100 MB.

The minimum order value is €29. Single parts, prototypes, and small batches in stainless steel or titanium – simply upload your 3D file and we'll print it.
Which metals can be 3D printed?+
We currently offer stainless steel 316L and titanium TC4 (Ti6Al4V). Both materials are processed using SLM (Selective Laser Melting).
Can I have discontinued spare parts reproduced?+
Yes, discontinued metal spare parts can be reproduced via 3D printing – e.g. for vintage cars, machinery, or household appliances. You just need a ready-made 3D file.
Is metal 3D printing an alternative to CNC milling?+
Yes, especially for complex geometries that are impossible or expensive to produce via CNC. SLM enables internal channels, lattice structures, and undercuts without tooling costs.
How precise is SLM metal 3D printing?+
Tolerance is ±0.3 mm for dimensions under 100 mm and ±0.4% for larger dimensions. Minimum wall thickness is 1.2 mm.
Are the parts waterproof?+
No, SLM-printed parts are not guaranteed to be waterproof. Micropores can occur due to the layer-by-layer process. For waterproof applications, post-processing (e.g. sealing) is required, which we currently do not offer.
Are the parts weldable?+
No, SLM-printed parts made from stainless steel 316L and titanium TC4 are not weldable. The microstructure created by 3D printing is not suitable for welding.
Do cavities need to have openings?+
Yes, all cavities and internal channels must have openings so that unfused metal powder can be removed after printing. Completely enclosed hollow shapes cannot be printed.
Do you offer post-processing or surface finishing?+
No, we deliver parts in their as-printed state after removal from the build plate and powder cleaning. Post-processing such as polishing, grinding, or coating is currently not offered.
Are support structures removed?+
Yes, support structures are removed as thoroughly as possible. Please design your part to minimize the need for supports (avoid overhangs below 45°).
